LAMA time trial. Pretty poor performance. Felt sluggish and poopy the entire ride. I've managed to lose my HR monitor, so I have no HR data. I didn't think I was going to break 15 minutes during the time trial, and I really didn't have much motivation to care either...

Showed up to the Tuesday Night Crit here in Richardson, but it was rained out. Sucks, because it was beautiful weather. Rode with a few guys simulating racing until I got a front flat. Just decided to call it quits after that.

Club ride starting from Jimmy's. Out to Gilmer on Pritchett Highway, back on 1650 mixed with Big Woods/Sparks. Pulled at least 75% of this ride, which made it a decent effort.
