Just Do Your Best

Decent paced run. I could tell it's been a while since I ran consistently. The Garmin's battery was low so I didn't get any other data (I like data).
Coach says I shouldn't do both Wildflower and Auburn, so I'll probably opt for Auburn since it's a lot closer and I can train on the course. Maybe I'll do Wildflower in '07. Doesn't mean I won't come to February's group workout, though!

Rest day.
I decided to go with http://www.tri-ecoach.com. I talked to him on the phone and he knows his stuff and has been around a while. Everything I was looking for, he will do. And for 3 months, it's only $80/month, one of the least expensive out there, considering what you're getting. He said he's going to raise his rates at the end of the year, but I can get on the old rates if I sign up this year.

More Wildflower. Today I ran/walked (about half and half) the long run course. Again, another very tough course. It was a good challenge for me just coming off of this nasty cold.
Great weekend training with BT folks. We ate together, trained together (in groups), hung out, and had a great time. The area is beautiful. Almost no boats on the lake because it's the off season. Lots of deer everywhere. We even saw a bald eagle!
November 5
Trained on the Wildflower Olympic course with other BT folks today -- bike and run. Didn't over-do it... but it's impossible not to work hard getting up those hills! OMG, Lynch hill is the steepest and longest I've ever ridden! The majority of the run was walking, just wanted to do the distance and support Shellee.
November 4
Feeling much better. Won't have time to workout today, though. I'm going to the Wildflower workout.
