Tried to keep my HR around 75% of max (149). New Saucony shoes. My right foot was hurting and left knee hurt a little towards the end. 1165 calories burned according to Garmin.
My coach's schedule said to do a swim tonight, but since I missed the run yesterday, I thought it would be more important to do a long run than a swim tonight.

Took another day off. Feeling better.

My legs are feeling more fatigued than usual for some reason and my left ankle is hurting. It would probably help if I was eating right instead of all the junk I've been putting in my body lately. I've kind of gotten into a candy habit again.
I'm supposed to do some training every day but I was feeling fatigued and starting to feel a cold coming on, so I made an executive decision and took the day off.

The laps on my watch got filled (didn't delete previous workouts) so I missed some of my 50m times. The longest was 1:00, though, with a lot of them in the low :50's. I can't yet imagine getting my 100m time under 1:40, even for only 100m. Gotta work on technique.
