Didn't get enough sleep last night and feeling really crappy from the weekend.

250 w/u & c/d. 3x 200, 150, 100, 50 w/ 20s recoveries.
The laps on my watch got filled (didn't delete previous workouts) so I missed some of my 50m times. The longest was 1:00, though, with a lot of them in the low :50's. I can't yet imagine getting my 100m time under 1:40, even for only 100m. Gotta work on technique.
