Early AM run from Westminster. Definitely still carrying tons of fatigue. Didn't feel bad...just slow. Weather was soupy and disgusting for running. Drenched after a few miles.

Long bike solo. Started early and did a Hunterstown loop. Headed into Maryland and joined up with the Firefighter 50 for a while. Broke off at some point and headed back through Harney and looped home. Much flatter route than normal. Felt pretty good but avg speed was definitely slower than I would have liked. Carrying a ton of fatigue right now.

run taper starts now. Bike volume a bit lower this week but real bike taper starts next week. All downhill from here.

T-run after biking. HOT! Ran close to IM run pace...but honestly I'll have to pull the pace back quite a bit if it ends up being that hot.

Ended the long workout at 165. Probably the lower end of what I can take before significant performance loss. Good overall training day.

Long run from McDaniel track. A few miles on the track and some miles through the neighborhood across from Safeway. Decent run. Carrying a ton of fatigue right now so pretty happy with how I held things together.
