Wednesday night ride on a hot and oppressively humid day. Rode from usual spot in battlefield up to Bupp's place. We headed to Pine Grove Road and rode up to and over Ship. road. Blasted down into Arendtsville. I headed back via Hilltown and Cashtown.

Ride was OK but not what I was hoping for. I think my issues were more heat related and not IM recovery related.
