Bike home from work. Felt good. Headwinds and crosswinds most of the way. Too bad because I would have crushed this with just a slight tailwind.

Right after swim. From gym along confederate drive to 15 Bus. and back
Lunch - Bachman valley ride
10 min easy
11 x 1min sprint (~85%) with full recoveries. (~2 minutes each)
