PM bike. Really windy. Not good.
Run after biking. Run was OK but Prednisone makes working out so strange. Sometimes I feel good and other times I just get feel awful.

Went to the Dr. on Wednesday evening and got drugs for the sinus issues. headaches have been terrible. I mostly went because I'm supposed to leave for Key West in a few days and want to get rid of this. He gave me prednisone, which I've never had before. Cleared me up almost instantly but I really don't like the crap. Makes me nervous and edgy. I feel like I need to train...but when I do train, I feel off. If it wasn't for the trip, I'd probably stop taking it.
