Easy AM run. Tibial tendon has really been bothering me since late last week. I think this is something I'll be battling until I stop running for 4-6 weeks. I'm not will to do that until the fall so I'll do what I can for the next couple months.
I felt OK on this run. Not much pain. We'll see if my foot is swollen tomorrow morning. Running injuries suck.
Wednesday night ride. About 1:40 solo than met up with 2 other guys (Tom and Pete) and did the Mount Hope Loop. Good ride. As usual, was completely shelled by the end of the ride.

AM ride. Steady effort.
Wet week. I had a window of dry weather this morning so I opted for a ride instead of my usual swim/run Tuesday. My foot has been bothering me this week as well so biking seemed to make more sense.
Good steady effort ride. Westminster-New Windsor-Union Bridge. Back and forth on Rt. 75 a few times.

Evening ride. Was supposed to ride at 5:30am but kept getting pushed back due to company and weekend activities. Finally decided to go for an evening ride and it turned out to be the best option anyway.
Tough ride. Mount Hope, Gum Springs, Iron Springs (OUCH!), Liberty mountain. Home through the battlefields. Lots of climbing.
T-run. Felt pretty good. approximate time.
