Dumb run. Really tired from yesterday for some reason. Had a busy morning with Soccer games and working outside. Decided to go for a quick run after lunch. Didn't wait long enough. Had to walk towards the end because I felt like I was going to puke. Fun.

Took off and went for a brutal ride out to Upper Strasburg. Took the Big Flat climb from both sides (there and back). Climbed up Forge Hill and back via Fannettsburg/Upper Strasburg. Tough day in the saddle. 8000 feet.
