Wednesday night ride solo on a hot and humid day. Parked in the usual battlefield spot and did a loop through Fairfield and up towards Ortanna. Would have like to ride a bit longer but I was getting cooked. I actually felt really good considering the heat.

Run during CP swim practice. Started off on the treadmill at the Y because it looked like it was going to storm. Lasted 3.5 miles. Just too boring and hot and stuffy in the gym. Decided to run outside in the rain. Was much more pleasant outside so I ran another 5.2 miles.
