Gave it a real good go on the MTB on the trainer, biggest gear biggest ring tension up tight, kept the cadence up too. Maintenance day for all three sports but intensity is good, too. Would have dialed it back if I'd kept feeling like shit today but I was okay. Not great--okay.

I sure feel much better today than yesterday but am still dragging and fuck-all tired. Mutti still is, too, so I'll just have to drag ourselves to the vet--nice slip of the keyboard there, hah!--to the clinic to be poked prodded and bled.


Sad to be leaving the Funny Farm today. I always miss them so much. I'm sure they do the salsa with the Hobbit Maid when I'm gone, though. And when I come back--they're never angry I left, they're just ecstatic that I'm there.

I don't have the heart to delete my dead friends on Facebook. I'm pretty sure they're not going to post any more, but what the hey, you never know. Some of them did stranger schitt in this life :)


I had all sorts of new and wonderful experiences on my birthday (mostly involving foodstuffs or food combinations even I'd never tried before, c'mon, it's a five-star brunch buffet, you gotta try everything). One of them was that I rode in an electric car for the very first time! It was so smooooth, it was creepy. Especially at stops ... no engine noise! Poke poke--is the car dead?! So funny.


I also had all sorts of new and wonderful workouts planned for today, but a small snafu ... I feel like shit. (At least physically and I have blazing, exit-wound, no-warning attack diarrhea. I know you REALLY wanted to know that!) So I'm resting. Yay me. It's always like this when I come back to Bali anyway--collapse in a weary sodden heap on the bed and the animals mill around making soothing noises and nap with me.


Methinks Jahe Kitty is happy I'm home.

Strengthening stuff a little more specific than yoga--body weight and handhelds--to shore up soft tissue/joints that are most troubling me, arthritis-wise.

Frankly, the site's still moving so slow and blogging and inspiring take so many more steps--it sucks ass. Totally unmotivated to log shit here.


But I'd miss you all way too much to go anywhere else. And your coming by and what you say always means so much to me. I *WILL* get caught up on inspires, I promise!!! I ruv you big time, I really do! {MELON PRESS}


Today was a travel day, which means the multitude of BS gets compressed into half a day (which makes it seem twice as bad) and the other half I can't do shit about the shit ... heh.
