This was probably not the brightest idea, given that I was pretty sick yesterday--woke up feeling like total crap (although I do most every day NOT A MORNING PERSON) but figured I could cut out of the workouts if I felt like it. I don't ever cut out of a workout. What was I thinking? Anyway, high fever, nasty headache, super (beyond usual) tired and painful joints yesterday.

Today's a fair bit better but I probably shoulda waited and seen. Did not feel good after TITS.
