you know what is the best part about doing a long run? LOGGING THE BASTARD IN! damn that sucked, i hate running alone, even with an ipod, the first 5 miles killed my left anterior tibialis, (shin muscle) but right at 5, it stopped, thank GOD!

don't know what's going on today. it's my mommy's birthday so i will be taking her and her old man to lunch at some nasty little dive that they love:(. this will probably give me no time to do anything but train my later people, but who cares, she'll be happy. so... the last looooong run shall be tomorrow, and today just may be a rest day (or core day)

2nd out of 39 in AG, MUCH better placing than i expected, it seems that the people in the lansing area only train for 5ks and run other races for fun. good for me! :) 22/217 for chicks and 108/521 for chicks and dudes.
Could the Ford family buy a FREAKING O-Line for poor Joey? If he didn't spend more than half the game on his ass he might not be so quick to get rid of the ball and make bad passes. STOOPID FORDS.

all the muscles surrounding my ankles are very tight and a little sore and the only thing i've done different in the past week is read chirunning and did a few drills, i will do NO MORE until after the marathon. my stride is all behind me anyway, it's how i usually run. let this be a lesson to me, don't fix it if it ain't broke, especially not before a big run.

i'm planning a short run of three miles, just to loosen up the wheels before tomorrow's race. they are still a little tight from the 20.doneGO STATE!
