1st :30 @ 19.8
3rd :30 @ 21.7
2nd :30 did 3.3 miles
4th :30 did 3.5 miles- last mile was sub 8 and HR got in the 180's so i got that going for me, which is nice, i think.

damn that was cold. 30 degrees with a windchill of 19 and snow. glad i got out though. body felt great, lungs felt like shit, i felt like i was doing wind sprints the entire time. guess the lungs aren't digging the cold weather.
lifted uppers, big circuit, no breaks, phew, i'm T-I-R-E-D.

most of it was pull buoy as my legs aren't working so well today.
uppers-abs, will do those tomorrow. i hope my uppers don't hurt tomorrow like my lowers do today. that would suck.
