ok- i think i'm ready.

  • i'm trained-I've done 3 1/2 marys, 3 full marys, 1 30k, 2 50ks, a 40 miler and numerous multisport races and smaller running races leading up to this monster. 
  • i've been tapering for 3+ weeks (tapering sucks)
  • i've GAINED 4 lbs (a good thing) :)
  • i've fixed the orthotic/shoe problem (let's hope)

and now the freaks shall re-unite and get their run on. freak(aka fit-freak), mini-freak, queer-freak, jeep-freak, tri-freak and 'chip'-off-the-old-freak are invading sunmart.  watch out texas.
