Awesome run today. Felt great. Did 12 min run 1 min walk. Did 5km in 32:30, not bad since that included 2 walk breaks.
I ran to podrunner today. 162 bpm to warm up, then 177 which was tough but whoo hoo, I did it. HR was up in low 160's. Last 1.5km went back to 167 bpm.

Test rode a Wilier road bike 10km . Nice but too long a reach for me and seat was very uncomfortable. Hard to tell when I don't have my computer too. Then 13km on my own bike on the flats.
HRM not working. Needs new battery I think. Moisture got in again.

Hard, fast ride to North Glenmore and back. Was keeping a good avg speed (32kmh) when Erik got a flat, so we had to make a side trip to pick up some new tubes so my avg speed went out the window. Back on track again I smoked up the long gentle climb to the lake avg about 28kmh all the way. Whoo hoo! It's good to be back on my bike again. I think I could have had a PB if I hadn't had the side trip. :(
