I feel so tired and crappy today. Must be overtraining and/or messed up my insides with that ride on Sunday. I'm taking tomorrow off work to get some sleep and regroup. Ugh. (No run or swim today)

Side still tender and hurts more when I take a deep breath. Weird. Hope it goes away by tomorrow.

My shins felt great! Ran with podrunner at home, doing flat loops. 167 to warm then 176 bpm. Felt great. Ran 20 min then walked 1 min.

Rest day. I'm tired too. And my shins hurt quite a bit. It'll be interesting to see if I can run tomorrow. They hurt when I started running yesterday.
