First real brick. Feeling pretty tired and didn't take puffer. Super fast on the flats (34.5kmh avg to the highway). Had breathing trouble when I started the climb so I took it easy. Still had 29. kmh avg at halfway point! Came home via Paret hill. Rode around block once too.
HR high when I started. Legs felt ok though. Had to walk to slow down breathing after .3 km. Needed puffer today. I need more practice. :)
