MTB ride to the running club.
This was a 1hr run, the distance is approx. Hard effort in the heat. And this was a BRICK too. Legs felt wooden and coming back was hard. Had to walk 2 times.
MTB ride from the running club.
There's nothing like Sunday morning club run and coffee afterwards with some friends. But those bricks are hard in the heat. 10 kms felt like a marathon towards the end. Maybe I started too fast, but when you have others around, that's what usually happens. I just need to HTFU more I guess.
