This joint pain in the foot is becoming annoying, other than that it was a decent run. Felt slow though.
I usually don't run two days in a row, this time before the marathon I'm doing it a bit different. I don't know what the point of it is, other than the feeling that the more I suffer now, the less I suffer on the day. Hopefully it works, because I don't like two run two days in a row. This is not a job.

Well, 2 weeks passed since the last long one and it was time to do it. This morning was noticably cooler, although at 8am, when the sun came out it started getting relatively hot.
4:1, as always during those looong ones, really steady pace, the last 30 min was kind of hard, motivation wise... Maybe I should watch some videos, maybe read another Dean Karnazes' book, maybe just HTFU.
Or maybe I should just stop running these unhealthy distances.
