MTB commuting to the store, riding around the hood a bit etc.
Run with the club. 30/30 (30min out and 30min back). Managed to maintain a decent pace specially on the way back. That was the object of this excercise.
VVery easy weekend considering I have a marathon in 5 weeks, but next week we're doing bus run i.e. the bus will take us 32k out and then we're running back to the club. It will be fun to mentally get used to grasping long distance. Out and back is different, you only grasp half of the distance.

This time it was an afternoon run. It is cold and dark and rainy these days at 6am.
It seens the after work runs are not optimal for me, the body is already a bit tired from the day, neither are the early runs at 5am. The best time to start (these days of course) seems to be around 9am. Too bad work gets in the way.
