This was awful...Got six miles into my run and just imploded. My legs are still hurting. I think I am getting a little IT band issues mixed with some dehydration and Voila' pain and frustration
All right, new month 14 weeks 6 days and some change left before the big day. I have to buckle down and completely push myself.
I need to figure out some OWS as I had to give up the membership to the gym. I will need to ask around and find out what I can do. Early mornings or after 6 pm.
Beautiful day yesterday. Worked on the house and lawn, cleaned and caught up on laundry, groceries and such, should be able to focus on training now.
I will be completing my long run tonight and move the swim yardage until Wednesday. I would like to get an hour and half or more tonight. Probably running in the dark, wife is working closeout.

Heh, I actually measured the route on route tracker here and it is 2.00 miles....
