feeling better-I am going to ride the bike for a little while today. Just put on some speedplay pedals and got rid of my SPD's YEAH! They are so nice in comparison. I cannot wait for the races where I can actually clip in and get started. LITH took me about a minute to get clippedin about 5 people passed me as I was yelling at my pedal to let my foot gt clipped on it.
Got Austin his triahlon clothes for this weekend. It is his first sprint distance Triathlon. He is twelve and I am little nervous for him on the swim. 12 yr old are a little hard headed and thier frineds are more important than training. It should be interesting.

I am not sure what is going on lately with my luck and Tri's but this will endmy season this year. I will see the Orthopod tomorrow.
The terrible part was that I was having a great race. I finished the swim 153 out of 1042 and was biking in the low twenties.
I will update more tomorrow.
