Garmin was dead, disappointing as I wante dto look at zones and pacing for this workout.
Shoulder was sore after doing this workout, Medial Deltoid muscle seems to cramp at the point of insertion and is relieved when massaged.
This workout was good and tough.

This run was pretty bad, I lost some fitness over the month and will work on getting it back the next couple of weeks. I am going to focus on running for a little while as it is the weakest part of my race. After this run I am certain Ironman would have been brutal sufferfest as I would have to try to ramp back up.
Crossfit tonight
My wife has begun her training. She started running the last couple of days. I am really happy and proud that she startedto run again. If you read this please give her an inspire @ sewell8370 here on BT
