Allright, this seems to be an ongoing theme lately....I need to get started exercising again.  Lots of personal issues at home that I think I just need ot let go and not be angry about.  Things will actually be just fine in the long run...  I will try again.  Lost a lot of fitness, I am sure, so this will not be fun again to get back into it.
