87 avaerage cadence 246 average watts. Legs felt better then expected, they were sore all weekend after the Saturday ride.

February 20
Off Day...took Addy for another swim. She is now floating on her back and swimming in shallow water. She demonstarted a beach start "like Daddy's race" in the pool today and she was awesome. Ran into the shallow water and then dove and satrted to swim. She will be swimming and riding a two wheeler this summer.

February 19
I did not receive the workout but went something like this.
w/u 15 minutes
MS 20 Minutes zone 2
2 x 10 minutes 90 % FTP I held this at 270 watts.
4 X 4 minutes at 100 % FTP I held this at 290 watts with a move up to 320 in the last minute at 110+ RPM
10 Minute cool down or so.
This hurt a lot.
Swam with Addy today.
