AND he swims. Great to be back. It was a struggle ot get to the pool. Met a guy today Len. He is just a bit faster then me. Which is nice as I hav to push to keep up, but not so fast that I am constantly at LT trying to keep up. This could be good. I will pencil for Tuesday and Thursday at Huntley.

Completely crapped on this month for training.  It is OK.  more then 10 weeks to my first race.  NO problems I am focusing on a day at a time.  I still would like to lose 10 lbs.  Need to make the pool tomorrow and try to kill myself. :)
