Rest day today. Man these double training days are making logging difficult. ^_^

So i get on the bike to go to training this morning and wouldn't you know it my bag spills open and my shoes, clothes and toiletries spill onto the road. No run session for me! So i ride home, park the bike on the trainer and stay there until just before 7:00am. :) 3 1km intervals at 100rpm (about 1.5-2mins each) while rest of time was spinning at 85rpm.
With back pack on! i think my back pack gave me a blister!!!
I lost track of how many laps I did...
My new shoes gave me the funny bruise on my leg... and now I realised WHY I bought them in the first place!
I have totally worn out my old shoes (which give me no bruises nor pain when I run)
All the padding around the ankle support is GONE... I got a massive blister on my left foot... Ouchie...

The Girls totally wore me out last night at guides - so I slept in... I needed it. Didn't fall asleep until 1am. Didn't wake up until 7 and i was back in bed at 11 - slept for another 2 hours - EEEP.
Good thing I missed the session. it was wet and raining - NOT a good mix on the road bikes.
