I spent 5 mins stretching my calves every hour plus at work plus 10mins stretching at the track sessions today. :)
So I think I'm all set to get back into full training as of this week! YAY! Noosa is 3 weeks away! EEEP

400m with fins... Ummm... I took one fin off after 100m due to cramping.
Cool down - 200m pull
