    • After reviewing my nutrition logs for the last few weeks - this is what I'm gonna ask him. 
      • am I eating enough... I'm always freaking hungry!!!  
      • What can I eat pre training or the day before training to avoid my 2km/10min LIVER STITCH on my runs?
      • Am I eating the right recovery foods... 
      • What should I do when I Just don't feel like eating?  (somedays - I have two meals and then just won't eat dinner.  Other days I'm so ravenous I'm eating 6-8 meals a day!!)
