Daily Commute. + 1hour and 15mins on the trainer to bring me up to my total...
MY LEGS ARE WRECKED!!! First ride in over a week...
Jumped on during Biggest loser and FH played the milan sanremo highlights up until 8:30pm... The aim was to get ALL DONE before sea Patrol started... It starts in 5mins! WOOHOO!

Took my little water bottle and a Gu. Wasn't allowed the gu until at least 20mins in. Wasn't allowed to come home until I reached 45mins. Longest run EVER!!!
