Okay - So the anaethesia really affected me yesterday.
I slept from 9:30pm through to 8:00am this morning. O_O I was groggy all morning.
All for a silly tooth. Damn!

No surgery this morning -first case is at 1pm. :) So I put in the run session I was supposed to do yesterday. I know I was supposed to warm up on the bike - But the bike is still at work!

it was so pretty! The creek was full, there were huge puddles everywhere and that smell! Wet koala! There must've been one somewhere! :)
I was at the netball courts as the Bowies Flat track - perfect for running - was under water... again.
It was a beautiful morning... If I add up my total WALK/RUN (including the cool down) - I freaking did 10km this morning!!!!

So after the horrible week of training last week I set out to start training this morning. And I immeadiatley got my shoes soaked... After 1km of walking.running I looked at myself said - Are you F****** INSANE!!!! Don’t make yourself sick. and decided it wasn't worth it and walked home again.
Absolutley NO motivation... Where the hell did it go???
Ugh... I got TWO hours sleep last night. I just COULDN'T sleep. I was lying there trying to fall off but instead I kept waking up FH.
No training today... TOOO exhausted...
Was supposed to go to bike and run training today but Tim and I slept in. It was RAINING....
Still haven't picked up the bike from work as yet. eeep...
