Feeling a little better this morning....still feels like lots of shit stabbing me in the tummy but not as consistanct...it just sneaks up on me.  I managed to teach class and just took it easy on the bike and set up the course for the boot camp and showed them once and had them run it thru 4 times...then I did abs.  Actually kinda feel like I may be able to eat.  Maybe will try crackers or a bagel.  We had a full house every bike was taken and it was funny cause on Monday the director said we usually are very slow on Weds and Fri this week if you want to cancel. They went ahead and cancelled all classes for friday but I had atleast half them that want to come so I asked one of the guys if I could hold it and he said I could.  Of course since its close to the holiday the director and group fitness lead person are all off already :) 

 

November 25

I made it at work yesterday till 2:15 then finally put up a be back at 2:45 sign and my son came in after school.  My tummy hurt so bad it had me in tears!  My ass was missing charmins tp and I just wanted to crawl in a ball.  I jumped in bed and back and forth all time to the potty....I think I had 5 amondium ad's never could eat and stayed in bed except for the potty breaks till 9:30 this morning.  I thought I felt better but as soon as I started moving my belly is back at it...it just feels like there are sharp objects in there having there way with all my organs.  Tried to eat some soup but it doesnt even taste good.

Ive had a headache now for about 4 days but not really at migrane stages...been a long time since Ive had a migrane.  Been thinking there is a bug trying to come out into my system.  During class this morning my belly was yulky feeling but I made it thru then got on the treadmill.  Went a little over a mile and my tummy started cramping and I started chiling and ended up in the restroom.  Came on home and gonna shower here before going into work.  Have a feeling I'll be in the bathroom alot today.

I have decided to revise my training plan......those 18mile long runs I think are too much too soon.  I found a plan for a 50 miler and since I am ONLY going 37.2 that is alot more training then what is necessary so I need to find a marathon plan and compare the two and try to come up with something reasonable. I really dont think I will have to do 18 mile runs until Jan...doing a mary in Feb then the 60k is in March.

November 23

Went out with Kevin last nite and had many adult beverages.  I dont feel too bad this morning but trying to get stuff done.  I have a flat roof home so most of the leaves have fallen off the trees so I have been on the roof with the leaf blower to get them off.  It is still alittle cold and the little bit of water that was on the roof has lots of leaves and acorns frozen on the roof so Im gonna wait till the sun gets a little warmer and head back up.  There are leaves all in the backyard and its a little over a half acre but im not in the mood to bag all those up today ;)  Ill get the front yard done and try to finish up some laundry.  Im planning on running this afternoon as my 60k plan is to start today but I may just wait till after super and get on the dreadmill so I can get things done around here.
