intentions were to ride the loop I have been riding then do two laps on lampblack, got done with the bike loop and sky turned black and you could hear the thunder so thought I would come on home and really spend time getting this stupid wallpaper off the kitchen then run in town this evening, no more then got my bike in the house took the dog out and now its pouring so I made a good choice!

Tiffany and I set out to run 19 this morning but around mile 3 she started feeling really sick to her tummy and a headache. She said after yesterday run and last night she was feeling bad too....she may be getting a tummy bug and it could be some heat exhaustion as well.....we ran a little more on the downhills and then just walked the rest of the way back and called it at the out and back to the lake. Gonna mow and go to grocery store then think will go out for a couple miles around 5-6 this evening.....already 90 something right now its' noon

Tiff came over at 8am and we walked first around circle and up dorman...use to always walk that as a warm up then started getting in the habit of running it but the walking first has been feeling pretty good. We are planning for 18 to 19 tomorrow so didnt want to go to hard today. We ran about 5.5 and got to my moms to pick up my sis in law for her to go 2 again today and she did great!! Then Tiff and I continued on for a few more.

my sister in law is in town and she is the one always "dieting" buying "diets" trying anything but never sticks with it....she does blinds and window treatments so she traded services with a trainer in Columbus for some 30 min sessions, pretty much learning how to lift weights but no cardio. While we were in columbus yesterday for Tanners tennis tournament my dad said he would get me a new pair of Asics since the running store was just down the road so we got my sis in law a pair also so that she would get the right kind,,,not just what looked good haha. So they came to town last night and are here for the weekend for Tanners graduation etc and she agreed to go on a short run/walk this morning so I could teach her how to start to learn and not get frustrated. So I started from my house with a new hip water bottle but it was so heavy hitting my hip I couldnt run with it so came back home after just over half a mile slow slow jog/walk cause it was driving me nuts! I then ran to my moms and got Allison and took her for just about 2 miles....we ran a block walked a block and she did really well, was super tired but I told her just keep this up atleast 3-4 times a week just like we did then after a week or two she will be able to build to 2 blocks run 1 block walk and keep building, also told her if her mind tells her she needs to walk at first just try to slow the pace down and if it still tells you to walk then go ahead and take a walk break. Think we will go again in the am before Tanners party.
