Just finished riding Rough Rider on the Expresso bike. I rode 8.4 miles in 33:05 and burned 343 calories.

I suck! I wussed out from the cold this am from running long, a couple friends were gonna keep me company for some of the miles and nobody wanted to go in the cold cold temps then we thought we would wait till it warmed up a bit so Heather and I went to bike and lift at the gym so I wouldnt sit and talk myself out of doing anything at all. I did rent a movie so maybe i will get on the dreadmill and watch it, not worried about distance just time on my feet. Tomorrow suppose to be warmer before the crazy cold temps come in tomorrow night so as long as the rain holds off we are planning to leave my house when they get out of church tomorrow around 10:30 and will get atleast 8 miles in
