tanner came home for the weekend got in later then expected but waited for him and had late lunch...temps warmed up so i took andi to lampblack since its about 6 miles closer then the other fire road and it was already gonna be 3:30 when I got there. Just did a run/walk and glad i didnt blow it off...a little is better then nothing!

super lazy week but back on track with watching my food intakes!! Tanner coming home for the weekend and we are heading to lunch...cold today but after lunch plan to take andi to the forest and run walk jog slog or whatever just to get some time on my feet since tomorrow im 12 hours in a conceal and carry class and sunday now calling for ice and 4 inches of snow so doesnt look like i'll get my long run in that day. Will have to rent a DVD and treadmill it but Im not as BADASS as Amber (innerathlete) and there is no way in hell i'll stay on a dreadmill for 30 miles!!!!! :)
