Outside run. When you've been running in temps in the 30s and 40s, running in the 70s feels HOT! I was sweating in the first 5 minutes and I had on shorts and a sports bra tank.
500 warmup in 10:40
200 pull buoy
300 drills
10 x 50 - I surprised myself on these; there first few were around :54; I think all were between :54 and :57.
3 x 100 - the first two were right at 2:00 and then during the third one I got a massive cramp in my left foot and ended at 2:05; Because of the cramp I couldn't swim much more
200 pull buoy to cool down
I wanted to swim farther tonight, but that cramp really got me. It went away, but felt like it could come back at any moment. And after running earlier, my body just felt done.
