Slow run on the treadmill to loosen the legs for tomorrow's 10k.

Outside run while my son was at soccer practice. Forgot my fuel belt, so I had to carry my gatorade and my phone in my hands. That was a little weird. And I'm still not use to the heat. It was only low 70s and I was HOT.
My schedule had a 2 hour run on it for today. Could only get in the hour while Dalton was at soccer. After we got home and did what had to be done, I got on the treadmill. Was in no mood to run, so I just walked for an hour.

I would have prefered to be outside, but when I'm short on time I hit the treadmill so that I can stop when I need to and know that I am home.
Was not feeling it tonight.

Ended up being a trainer ride despite the nice weather thanks to car trouble. I needed to be available quickly if the place called and said my car was ready.
Shorter swim than normal, but I was tired.

Despite 60 degree temps, overcast skies with heavy mist falling, and high humidity, I set a new PR today! Thought the humidity was going to get me, but kept it as constant as I could. You can tell by the splits where the hills were. :)
