**Distance is a total guess.
Great swim at Lake 288 with a bunch of other BTers. Kathy and Kevin G, Catwoman, Fattyfatfat and others. Swam a loop that was .35 miles in 12:25 and then out and back to a buoy in 8:40.
After swimming, ate lunch with Kathy, Kevin, Rene and Patrick. Got checked in, drove the course and got a free 10 minute massage on the neck. After driving the course, I'm excited that someone finally knows what a truly flat course is. Wind will be the issue.
Spectating Saturday morning at the sprint and olympic and then racing Sunday.
Good times.
Thanks for all the inspires! It will help keep me focused out on the race course.

trainer
Nice easy spin to keep the legs fresh.
Brick run on the treadmill after the trainer.
Massage and chiro today to get the body relaxed and ready for Sunday's race. Upper back between the shoulders are tight, I'm guessing from Sunday's century. The chiro popped my back in a new way today. I'm hoping it will help with the aero position. It felt good.
