Man, was it humid this morning! My HR was un-usually high for this type of run! I am so sensitive to heat and humidity. I really hope my marathon is COLD!

A pretty good ride for me. A faster pace than normal even with the wind.

I moved the pads in on my aerobars so that my elbows are closer together and I'm more aerodynamic. The ride was almost 1mph faster than normal, and I know all of that wasn't due to the narrower pads, but I bet it helped some. FREE SPEED. I LOVE IT. I didn't notice any more difficulty breathing either!

I'm so glad I got to enjoy the warmer weather as I had to ride early in the cold yesterday.

Decent ride and not as cold as I was afraid of. I would've really like to have waited for it to warm up a little, but we were going to the Dallas World Aquarium to celebrate Sarah's birthday at noon, so I needed to be done around 10:30. So, I left at 8:30, and just put in a normal 2 hr ride. I dressed in full winter gear as they said the wind chill was in the high 20s when I started!

Wasn't really planning on taking the day off, but I was dead tired in the morning, and by the evening I was feeling rather weak and running a fever!  I think I've caught my wife's cold!
