Wow, what a gorgeous day. I slept in too long to make the 9am start of the Trinity Trail group, but at least I didn't have to deal with the colder morning weather.

1st hour was right at 20 miles. Wasn't really planning on going that fast, but I just went with it. 2nd hr I averaged 19, and then I really pushed it the last hour to see if I could keep my average up and I did!

This was one of my best rides in a long time, and hopefully it'll care me over for a while, b/c I won't be biking next weekend due to Austin, and I probably won't even bike the following weekend so I can recover fully.

Man, was it humid this morning! My HR was un-usually high for this type of run! I am so sensitive to heat and humidity. I really hope my marathon is COLD!

A rare complete rest day!

A pretty good ride for me. A faster pace than normal even with the wind.

I moved the pads in on my aerobars so that my elbows are closer together and I'm more aerodynamic. The ride was almost 1mph faster than normal, and I know all of that wasn't due to the narrower pads, but I bet it helped some. FREE SPEED. I LOVE IT. I didn't notice any more difficulty breathing either!

I'm so glad I got to enjoy the warmer weather as I had to ride early in the cold yesterday.
