Took yesterday off for no other reason than this is rest week and the volume will be easily handled. Re-watched Ironman (the Action summer blockbuster, not the Kona race) and chilled out in the hot tub.

My own self version of a 1/2 distance tri to break into October and clear off the funk from the last several medical office visits. Next Dr's appointment in tomorrow and outpatient at Thunderbird on October 24th. Perhaps the all liquid diet before the procedure will help me with the weight issue! :)
