What a run.  Highlights: Spike bull moose, running along the Alaska pipeline.  Detractors: Not enough water, hitting a wall at 8.5 miles and being in the middle of no where.  Need to plan better.

Awesome run with the family. Lana recognized my breathing was off, so I probably need to work on my breathing.

The alarm clock tried, but did not succeed.  Hopefully today's run will get done tonight.

Gotta love traveling!  Up early to get a ride to the airport, meetings, meetings over lunch and dinner and late to get home.  Oh yea thought about exercise, but didn't happen.

Thought it was a run day, but it is not.  Rest Day.  Good thing I guess my BP is up to 144/108.  Gotta go get the pump checked.

Whew-hard to wake up.  Getting back to running in the mornings is a serious downer.   Oh well, it is when I am able to get the best workouts in and still participate in the family life.  This mornings run was a bit slower than I wanted, but got eaiser as the run went along.  Hopefully it will all get better the more work I put into it.  Plus running along the Alaska Pipeline is pretty cool, you never know what kind of wild life encounter you are going to have.
