Swim Clinic! I made it this week! It was very good for me. Jess (instructor) gave me 3 good things to work on. It is very difficult changing your stroke after 50 plus years of swimming the same way. I will work on it so I am no longer one of the last people out of the water!!

Dirty German trail 25k run. I ran the entire race with Fred until the last mile. We got separated and he seemed to speed up. At that point, I was just trying to finish without falling on my face. It was a great race. We waited for Carrie and Chrissy to finish their first loop of their 50 miles before we left. They are probably still running!!!
