Exhausting! 45 seconds on and 8 seconds recovery....repeat.....repeat. We used different kbell moves for 4 sets, then alternated with cardio moves for 2 sets. Whew!

It was a strange run. I started from home and ran to meet Jacqui. I had some GI issues when I got there. Then we got started and it started to rain and progressively got harder. We decided to turn around and cut the run short. Now it is an absolutely gorgeous day!!! Jeez!

Swim clinic. Many drills this week and less straight swimming. I have lost track of the total distance.

I am a bit fatigued.  It is probably from the race.  Tongue out I can only imagine how my friends feel who completed the entire race!

Working at home today. I thought we could beat the rain, but Reggie and I ran right into a downpour!!! We were soaking wet. My house smells like wet dog now!
