Warminster Park with Jacqui. I was supposed to do 12 miles. This was a very slow, sloppy run. It was extremely hot and humid. I probably should have started earlier. My hands were swollen by the end.

Powerline Trail. This was a struggle, but I am so glad I got it done. Week #1 of the Pfitz marathon training program doesn't waste any time getting going!! (Now I remember why I haven't done any marathons for 5 years!!).
