New 8 week team training program with Jacqui and others led by Joanna. It includes Strive weight machines 2x/week, cardio 5x/week and abs daily. I have to work out the schedule, but it will be good for fitness while my calf continues to heal. It is supposed to develop lean muscle mass!

Tow path with Jacqui before paddle practice. We started with a 5:1. The good news is that I can walk quickly without feeling anything. The bad news is when I ran, I could feel something every step. 😠It isn't really painful, but it didn't feel right yet. No other way to explain it. I am not happy.
