A couple of times a year, I simply insist on old Sol kicking my tail. Today was one of those days. I stopped sweating by mile 5 and I knew I was in trouble. Despite being knocked around, I enjoyed the heat.

Another quick run and another run where my feet aren't feeling light. It wasn't a Herman Munster run but I want my feet to lighten up.

I am feeling good about the increase in distance over the past 5 weeks. Normally I'd start feeling good and jump the distance up. So far I'm staying good and within that 10% nonsense.
