Forgot to mention, I got new goggles, I went with the TYR Technoflex. I had been using the TYR Advant and loved those, but the Technoflex in my mind are 10x better than the Advants

Did a Brick today, it reminded me what I love so much about doing Tri's, the constant motion through transition, the demands of each sport..yeah, I had FUN doing a brick! :) Got to run in the rain as well...did the ride on the trainer though for the same reason
