tough ride today.. did Sumas, and Dawson.. intended to do it 2x but way to hot.. so cut it short.. heat, wind, and steep climbs beat me up, but good for mental toughness and had a decent pace considering the climbs and heat.

Just drills and technique

work on hip flexors, and achilles.. core strength it was Hard and painful but required.. will try for 4 x a week.

short run.. tempo type pace. felt not to bad.. good form... achilles was still bothering me.. but not as bad as before.

tough climbing ride.. all hills. did parallel rd to warm up.. 15k but pushed the pace.. then climbed up Sumas Mtn to the top and down Dawson... turned around and back up dawson tempo pace up.. turned at ackee and then down Whatcom.. then back up Sumas to repeat it all over again. Lots and lots of steady state climbing. should be good for strength and focus.
Legs are COOKED.. good route to repeat.
