My best friend, Jaime, found out that she is pregnant! I hung out with her husband (my friend), Jason, for a bit after work and then her and I went out for celebratory pedicures and Thai food.

Small, lingering cough. Taking it easy - just climbing tonight - and jumping back into the running game tomorrow. I'm over being sick.

I was supposed to go for a bike ride around Rock Creek with PT and Silent Rob... but the owner of my company gave me two redskins tickets, a parking pass, and two tailgate wristbands... so I headed out to FedEx Field instead - good game! :)

REI attic sale in the morning, nap in the afternoon, friend's birthday bbq around dinner time, another small party that night. Busy day.
